Description

Cafe Noire is our house blend, poured for local restaurants and cafes since we started in 2023. It combines two roasts - one developed for deep sweetness, the other less so for added complexity - to create a balanced, easy-drinking cup. The coffee is almost always sourced from India, giving it a gentle hint of acidity. Because the blend is built around fresh seasonal arrivals, its exact components can shift through the year, though our medium-roast approach stays consistent. Expect notes of vanilla, mild citrus, and a subtle roast character. It works well as a daily drip coffee or pour over, suited to both newcomers and longtime coffee drinkers.
